Dr. Megan Dantini
Dr. Megan Dantini is originally from Houghton Lake, Michigan. She attended Ferris State University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Vision Science. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry, graduating with high distinction. She continued her optometric training through residency at Indiana University specializing in ocular disease. Dr. Dantini has traveled to Guyana, South America; Guanajuato, Mexico; and Guaymas, Mexico with VOSH International to provide free eye examinations and eyewear to thousands of underprivileged patients. She continues her volunteer efforts locally with Habitat for Humanity and Change the Triangle in the Raleigh/Durham area. Dr. Dantini is a member of the American Optometric Association, North Carolina Optometric Society, and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. She and her husband, Rick, live in Raleigh, North Carolina, where they enjoy hiking with their yellow lab Lucky, biking and weekend trips to Lake Gaston.
