
Dr. Jeffrey Stikeleather
Dr. Jeff Stikeleather is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He moved to the Cary area while he was in high school and graduated from Athens Drive High School in Raleigh. He attended North Carolina State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biochemistry. After graduating from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, he returned to Cary. He practiced in the RTP area for 5 years before deciding to open his own practice, Cary Vision Care, in 2002.
Dr. Stikeleather is a member of the North Carolina Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. Dr. Stikeleather and his wife, Carolyn, keep busy raising their three sons, Ryan, Matthew, and Nathan. They are very active in Cary Alliance Church. Dr. Stikeleather enjoys playing the bass in the praise band and pulling for the Wolfpack.
Dr. Stikeleather enjoys all aspects of general optometry, especially specialty contact lens fitting and management of laser vision correction. He is happy to see patients of any age.
